Vi Harrington, Founder and owner
An associate degree-granting institute located in the deep
South in an old hotel overlooking the beautiful Mississippi
River. Several riverboat casinos are located very nearby.
It is unique in that 50 percent of the culinary student's
time is spent cooking and running a white linen, full service
restaurant. Because of this, a two-year program can be completed
in 15 months. The institute participates in exchange programs
with Le Cordon Bleu, in Paris, France, and the University
of Hawaii.
